2、動態成本:怎樣控制成本的風險,建立有效的管理體系,主要落實到每個點面去,要管理好每個點面,怎樣檢查、核算你的錢花到哪里去,花去的錢是否有好的成品實現,這些只有通過計算才能看得出來。成本與財務接軌的問題,怎樣去結算成本,分期分批的界面在哪里,成本的盈利在哪里,怎樣體現出來,都是動態成本管理的工作。
3、責任成本:責任成本體系是通過確定責任主體和評價部分,通過經濟指標的設定執行和考核來保證目標成本的實現,責任成本體系的目的在于提高公司全員成本管理意識及水平,加強不同專業、不同流程之間的合作和溝通,形成分工負責,有機協調的成本管理體系,體現結果與過程并重的原則。
責任成本的分解方式:
根據成本的科目對各項目費用的責任部門及主要職責予以說明,包括控制內容,控制要點和手段,形成成本控制的指引。
根據合同分類,將目標成本分解成
